Our laboratory is accredited by ema (Accreditation No. MM-0946 147/18, valid from April 19, 2018) and approved by CONAGUA (Approval No. B00.4.05.-106 valid from December 11, 2025).

Our authorized signatories possess a high degree of competence and technical, operational capacity within the laboratory, which guarantees accurate and truthful results.

Method 1

Connection thread measurement

We verify the showerhead connection threads with a caliper. There are 2 types of threads: NPT tapered thread, 5 threads (+-1) NPSM straight thread that passes all threads, without thread restriction.

Working temperature resistance

The showerhead must withstand a temperature of 82 C* at its maximum working pressure for 30 minutes.

Mobile joint durability

The mobile joint must withstand 10,000 point-to-point movement cycles without failures.

Corrosion resistance

The showerhead must undergo 96 hours of salt spray exposure. Simulating 2 years of operation at sea level. It must not present corrosion, material detachment or bubbles. Having 10% affectation.
